Your wishes have been granted. We’ve teamed up with the Santa Barbara Wine Collective in the Funk Zone for a show on Thursday, January 19. Even though it’s a tad boujieer than you might be used to, we’ve got a great show coming up with an all-star lineup just for you.

The show will be headlined by the one and only, Jason Collings. He is a stand up comedian/ Actor and the cohost of The Lions Den Podcast originally from Long Beach, CA. Jason regularly preforms at The Comedy and Magic Club, The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store,The Improv, and clubs across the country. You may have seen Jason on one of his many TV appearances including VH1, BET's Comic View, and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Our feature comedian is Ahmed Al-kadri . Ahmed is a Yemeni-American comedian based in LA. He was previously working as an Accountant but his immigrant parents are forcing him to be a comedian. Most of his material is mined from his upbringing, relatable situations, and just some goofy fun. He started his career in 2016 taking an improv class at Dallas comedy House and has been hooked ever since. Since then he has been traveling the US making people laugh.

The laughs don’t end there. We’ve also got the hilarious Elyssa Phillips on the bill, alongside the irreplaceable Bee Gutierrez. And let’s not forget your illustrious host, the Let Loose comedy extraordinaire, Chris Williams. You’ve been asking for better comedy in the Funk Zone, so we’re coming to the Santa Barbara Wine Collective! Don’t make us regret it & come out and laugh with us on 1/19 at 7:30pm.

Let Loose Comedy Takes the Funk Zone

Let Loose Comedy takes the Funk Zone!

Your wishes have been granted. We’ve teamed up with the Santa Barbara Wine Collective in the Funk Zone for a show on Thursday, December 1. Even though it’s a tad boujieer than you might be used to, we’ve got a great show coming up with an all-star lineup just for you.

The show will be headlined by the one and only, Leah Rudick. She’s an actress, writer & comedian based in Los Angeles. She has 320K followers on Instagram and almost 500K followers on TikTok, she was recently featured in Vulture, and she’s the co-creator of the web series, Made to Order. Leah even has film/TV credits in HBO’s High Maintenance, IFC’s Commuters, and the indie feature-film, Sweet Parents. Leah’s performed everywhere from the New York Sketchfest to the Los Angeles Comedy Festival, and now a private wine cellar just for your enjoyment.

Our feature comedian is Ralph Guerra. He’s a first-generation immigrant, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. In his 13 years of doing stand-up comedy, he was in the writers room for the first two seasons of Comedy Central’s Triptank, and he was a contributing writer to Twitch.TV’s Two Joysticks and a Couch. His clips have amassed over 15 million views across platforms, and now his unrivaled energy is here to blow the corks out of your bottles (or whatever the wine equivalent of “blow your socks off” is).

The laughs don’t end there. We’ve also got the hilarious Tatyana Guchi on the bill, alongside Ernest Romero and one-and-only Caroline Murphy. And let’s not forget your illustrious host, the Let Loose comedy extraordinaire, Chris Williams. Our hilarious host and fresh DJ set the night off! Then our comedians do their thing and bring you gut busting laughs which cements the show to be a night to remember.

We have searched far and wide to bring you a mix of some of the funniest comedians working mics right now. While most of them can be seen on major networks, some of them are the funniest up-and-coming comics out there. Trust us! We got you!
